Firemaking

Firemaking is a Skill that can be trained by right clicking on the tops of placed logs using sticks.

• Passive Effect: You take 0.1% less fire damage per level, up to 10% less fire damage at level 100.

To train:

• Place a log facing upwards
• Right Click the top of the log using sticks until the log ignites

This is a joke skill, and is meant to be relatively useless! It does not count towards certain skill titles.

The chance of successfully Firemaking a log is calculated using the following formula:

  let x be your Firemaking level
  let L be the required Firemaking level
  let Difference = ABS(x - L)
  let Difficulty = L / 100 * 0.1
  Success Chance = 0.35 - Difficulty + (0.007 - Difficulty * 0.005) * Difference
