Pickpocketing
To pickpocket a mob, Sneak + Right Click on them while holding any Thief Mark that you have the Thieving level to use. Pickpocketing villagers will slightly decrease your reputation in that village. When pickpocketing, you have a chance to fail, determined by your Thieving level. Upon failing to pickpocket, you will take some unblockable damage and be stunned for 4 seconds, with a small chance of falling unconscious and being teleported somewhere nearby.
Pickpocketing chance can be improved using Potions of Deftness, and by using higher-tiered Thief Marks, which give an invisible boost to your Thieving level used in success chance calculations.
